Chay leads executive operations and the firm’s podcast practice infrastructure. She manages the coordination, scheduling, and follow-through required to keep principal time focused on counsel, and she oversees the operational architecture of podcast guesting and production — from booking through briefing and close-out. Her work is the control layer that allows Tormont engagements to run at professional-services pace.
